BRING REAL TALK ABOUT THE BODY TO YOUR STAGE
Audiences don't need another lecture they can't follow. They need someone who makes musculoskeletal health clear, useful, and human, and that's what I do. Whether it's a keynote speech, a panel discussion, or a room full of people who've always wondered why their knees sound like that, I am here to help.
WHAT YOUR AUDIENCE WALKS AWAY WITH
I take the things people find intimidating about their bones, joints, and aches, and I break it down so it finally makes sense. No jargon, no muss, no fuss. Expert honesty, a little humor, and the kind of plain talk that leaved people feeling more confident about their bodies.
For Your Program
Dr. Frazier Keitt, known online as Dr. Fray K, is a non-operative sports medicine physician based in Metro Atlanta with a mission to make musculoskeletal health easy to understand. Through her YouTube channel and speaking engagements, she helps everyday people make sense of their aches, joints, and movement with a warm, approachable, no-jargon style.
As one of the few Black women in sports medicine creating public health education, Dr. Fray K is helping make conversations about bone, joint, and muscle health more accessible for communities that have too often been left out of the conversation.
Moving Well as You Age
A plain-language guide to keeping your body happy, including the simple stretches and habits I recommend to start the day right.
Demystifying Arthritis
Knee pain is one of the most common things I get asked about. I clear up what arthritis actually is, what it isn't, and why hurting doesn't mean surgery is coming.
Sports Medicine Is for Everyone
You don't have to be an athlete to need a sports medicine doctor. I break down what the field really covers and who it's actually for.
BEFORE DR. FRAY K, OUR TEAM COULDN'T EXPLAIN JOINT HEALTH TO A SINGLE PERSON WE SERVED.
Dr. Keitt broke down complex joint health topics in a way our staff actually understood and used the next day. Her energy kept the room engaged from start to finish, and the questions kept coming long after her session ended.
